Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to The Cape Town Afro Latin Dance Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or reassigned to another individual.
2. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the festival is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase amount.

Please note: This does not apply to partial changes such as schedule adjustments or lineup modifications.
3. Admission

Entry is only permitted to the named ticket holder with valid identification.

The festival reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who violate the event’s code of conduct or disrupt the experience for others.
4. Schedule & Lineup Changes

The festival schedule, lineup, or instructors may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of such changes.
5. Personal Responsibility

All attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

Please take care of your belongings and respect the space and others around you.
6. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes.
7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
